Saman Bank's Safe Deposit
Regarding the different kinds of services Saman Bank offers to its customers, there in a
Complementary service within certain branches under the name of SAFE DEPOSIT.
At present there are 4 branches including Tehran central branch, Oroumieh, Kerman and Yazd
Offering such kind of service.
Different Kinds of Safe Deposits:
Saman Bank's safe deposits are made in 3 sizes such as large, medium and small including 2 locks;
One lock is allocated to the customer and the other is kept by the bank. Both locks have
A main key and a spare one.
As a result, 2 keys of the customer would be given after signing the contract and those of the
Bank's are to be kept within the bank.
Safe Deposit Sizes and Renting Costs

Note that your deposit for renting a safe would be totally paid back into your account
After the contract expires.
Required Documents:
1- ID card
2- Copy of ID card
3- Your recent photograph
4- Saman bank book
How to Rent?
1- To fill in the related form and sign it. (New customers are to fill in both the main form
And the form of the real or legal entity specifications)
2- To pay for the service charge and deposit for the safe according
to the bank annual tariff.
3- To deliver issued certificate bearing the owner's photo for renting a safe.
How Long to Rent?
You can easily use the safe for 1 year and after the expiry date you can both abrogate the contract
or prolong it according to the recent tariffs and conditions.
In the case of canceling the contract by the customer before the expiry date, no annual
Service charge would be paid back. (Note that, in this case the deposit would be returned totally
Into the customer's account in Saman Bank)
If there is no response to prolong or abrogate the contract by 10 days after the expiry date, the owner
Will be sent a warning letter.
If the delay still persists by 30 days after the expiry date, the owner will be sent a bill including
Delay penalty price and related costs. Also, the contract will be prolonged for 1 extra year.
Finally if the delay extends more than 10 months, the owner will be sent a deadline
Of maximum 2 months and an official letter containing a serious warning to settle.
